    Cancellation Policy

  • Timing: We appreciate you being on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time.

     

    Booking deposit/Cancellation by you:

     

    We charge a non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

     

    Cancellation up to two days before your appointment: No charge.

     

    Cancellation one day before your appointment: 50% of fee charged.

     

    Cancellation or failure to attend on the day of appointment: Full fee charged.
